A 1:1 intensive in person Coaching day together
A day-long supportive package during which we will review where you are in your current business, identify where you want to be and create systems and strategies to help to get you there, always being mindful of your personal needs.

This is your invitation for us to work together as we review, strategise and develop your business.
Here’s what we can dive into together
Future vision. Your business vision for the future to include mapping out what your ideal working day, week, month and year looks like, holidays & sabatticals, your income goals and clarifying the people you want to work with.
Existing structure. Your business model, current offers, invitations and lead magnets, review of data, what’s working and what’s not and exploring seeds of any new ideas.
Content streams and marketing. Current content streams to include posting scheduls and launch mechanisms for your offers and invitations. Exploration of future content streams.
Mindset: Exploration of self limiting beliefs, stories, mindset blocks. Holding yourself through launches & whilst creating new offers.
Your Business Your Way. Daily, weekly and monthly steps to refine existing offers, bring new offers to life with marketing strategies that don’t challenge your central nervous system. ..
…all accompanied with insight as to the tech platforms you might need and ways to make running your business more streamlined and simple.

It’s an in depth, face to face, day long package, where together we will explore the key components of your current business.
You may be wondering “Why face to face? Isn’t Zoom just as good?”
I believe that there’s no substitute for sitting with someone so that you can hear their vision & feel their excitement .
The momentum is greater, the energy higher and the time spent together more productive. The result? It accelerates the creative process.
We will use metrics to assess how your business is currently working for you and explore potential changes to benefit you and your business.
You will be supported and held as you are empowered to take action.
Here’s What’s Included
An Intensive Day together
We will meet at the Plough pub in Harborne, Birmingham, where we will cosy up together.
During our time we will take a look at all areas of your business from your business model to your current offers, audience growth, marketing and data. We will strategise your next steps and leave you with options to move you and your business forward.
I will create a working document that we can both add to so that we always have a real-time record of what we’ve discussed and any action points.
Our day will be intensive but there will be time for rest and delicious food.
Two Half Days
If you prefer to meet over two half days, rather than one full day, we can talk about that as an option.
Follow UP
If you have an issue that you need my support with, or are simply excited to share something, we can arrange to follow up either in person or by Zoom or Voxer. It’s a fabulous way of me being able to support you as you move forward.

What does coaching with you “look” like?
I use a number of combined approaches when working with a client, depending on their needs. There is no one size fits all.
I do not offer a Consultant-led “you must do this” approach. Instead my approach is to listen, to ask questions, to share wisdom, experience, strategies and to hold space
At the same time I believe in actionable frameworks, guidance, formulas and tools to help you to gain clarity.
I believe that I offer a unique combination of intuitive client led work, with actionable steps.
What is expected of me as a client?
That you value yourself enough to show up for this process together. What that means is that you are willing to be courageous and to sit with periods of discomfort, knowing that life will be better on the other side.
I’m committed to every client I work with so all I ask is that you are committed too - however that looks for you right now.

None. The results are yours and yours alone. But I am here to facilitate them.
I can offer guidance, support and advice. I can share wisdom, hold space for you and strategise with you. But the implementation comes down to you.
